Apprendre \u00e0 placer sa voix parl\u00e9e<\/em><\/p>\n

En France, le probl\u00e8me des troubles de la voix n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9
\nclairement comme une pathologie professionnelle et ce malgr\u00e9 le nombre
\nimportant d\u2019enseignants (2,7 % de la population active du pays soit un
\ncorps social d\u2019environ un million de personnes).
\nL\u2019impact d\u2019un trouble de la voix est plus qu\u2019une pathologie du
\nlarynx ou un trouble acoustique dans la mesure o\u00f9 il retentit sur la
\nvie professionnelle et sociale d\u2019un individu. Ce genre de trouble peut
\nfortement impacter l\u2019\u00e9tat physique et \u00e9motionnel de la personne et sa
\ncommunication. Cela a de facto des cons\u00e9quences sur l\u2019emploi, le social et
\nla sant\u00e9 (Rosen et coll.2000 ; Smith et coll. 1996 ; Franic et coll. 2005).
\nLe projet de formation que je soumets ici est n\u00e9 de mon exp\u00e9rience en
\ntant que professeur de chant et coach en pose de voix et en art oratoire.
\nDans ce cadre, j\u2019ai constat\u00e9 que je recevais de plus en plus de personnes
\natteintes de troubles de la voix, principalement dus \u00e0 leur profession et\/
\nou au stress.
\nLa profession d\u2019enseignant implique, pour diverses raisons, des exigences
\n\u00e9lev\u00e9es sur le plan de la robustesse et de l\u2019endurance vocales. Ce corps
\nprofessionnel est ainsi le plus touch\u00e9 par les probl\u00e8mes de dysphonie.
\nCertains d\u2019entre eux ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu recours \u00e0 des orthophonistes mais malgr\u00e9
\ncet investissement, ils ne trouvent ou ne retrouvent pas leurs capacit\u00e9s
\nvocales. Cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9 a incontestablement une forte incidence sur le bien\u00eatre
\nau travail.
\nL\u2019objectif de ce projet est de soutenir les enseignants dans leur volont\u00e9
\nde pr\u00e9venir et d\u2019agir consciemment sur l\u2019utilisation de leur voix \u00ab outil
\nmajeur professionnel \u00bb. La formation permettra ainsi d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la prise
\nen charge des participants en suscitant une prise de conscience de leur
\ncorps, en renfor\u00e7ant leur confiance et en am\u00e9liorant leur sant\u00e9 \u00e0 long
\nterme.
\nCette formation s\u2019inscrit ainsi dans le cadre d\u2019une action de pr\u00e9vention
\nque porte la fondation MGEN en partenariat avec l\u2019\u00c9ducation Nationale
\nqui devrait, \u00e0 plus long terme, permettre l\u2019\u00e9largissement de l\u2019intervention
\n\u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des r\u00e9seaux PAS, avec des actions de bien-\u00eatre au travail \u00e0
\ndestination des personnels (INSERM ; la Documentation fran\u00e7aise).<\/p>\n

OBJECTIFS<\/em>
\n\u2022 Sensibiliser les enseignants \u00e0 leur outil de travail, la voix.
\n\u2022 D\u00e9velopper la conscience corporelle, sensorielle, vibratoire par le son,
\nle souffle, le chant.
\n\u2022 Sentir le geste respiratoire, vocal, en lien avec le p\u00e9rin\u00e9e.
\n\u2022 Travail sur les angoisses et le stress.
\n\u2022 Apprendre les principes de l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne vocale.
\n\u2022 Savoir reconna\u00eetre un for\u00e7age et comment l\u2019\u00e9viter
\n\u00ab La relation du sujet \u00e0 sa propre voix est capitale car elle t\u00e9moigne de
\nl\u2019int\u00e9gration de la voix \u00e0 son identit\u00e9, de la correspondance de la voix \u00e0 son
\ncaract\u00e8re. Ce qui nous fait dire \u00ab c\u2019est ma voix \u00bb, essentiel pour se sentir
\n\u00eatre en tant qu\u2019entit\u00e9 pensante, vivante et parlant en son nom. \u00bb<\/p>\n

\nFormation en pr\u00e9sentiel, alternant des temps de r\u00e9flexion sur la pratique
\net l\u2019exp\u00e9rience, des exercices et des mises en situation pratiques.<\/p>\n
